Shipping policy
Processing time
Every order is prepared and gift-boxed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping times and rates (United States)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing, $4.99
- Free standard shipping on orders over $35
We currently ship within the United States only.
Holiday deadline
To receive your order before Christmas, please order by December 15. Orders placed after that date may arrive after the holiday.
Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.
Gift orders
Every necklace ships in a gift box with a message card, ready to hand over.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships. We can't redirect packages that have already shipped to an incorrect address.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email everkept@outlook.com with your order number (and a photo for damage). We'll send a replacement or a refund.
